Personal Training

Not only a Yoga studio, YMT also offers Personal Training and is fully equipped to do so. After an initial and free evaluation, we’ll work with you one on one towards your specific goals. Most clients choose to train 2x per week and a schedule is decided upon prior to starting. Our approach is to create a body that is strong and bendable, capable of moving well and pain free. We do not use machines. We train barefoot and use body weight, bands, free weights and other simple tools that promote mobility. Because of our approach, we can bridge the gap for those finishing Physical Therapy or those looking for injury recovery or prevention.   • (1) 90 Minute Session- $100/session

  • (1) 60 Minute Session- $80/session

  • (5) 60 Minute Sessions- $75/session

  • (10) 60 Minute Sessions- $70/session

*Rates are for Cash or Check. Credit Cards will be an additional $5 per session charge.
